QImaging offers a Performance Assurance Package to ensure your peace of mind. Our "Total Care" Plans cover and protect your QImaging camera by providing a comprehensive support umbrella that maximizes your equipment productivity.
Our Performance Assurance Program includes training, equipment maintenance, rapid response and loaner equipment. This package can be added within 30 days of purchase at a marginal cost, starting at $690 for photo documentation cameras, $1500 for Interline cameras, and $3950 for EMCCD cameras. Our aim is to provide you with complete peace of mind, so that you can conduct your research without interruption.
Performance Assurance Packages include:
