What is QImaging's warranty policy?

QImaging's standard warranty is 2 years except on PMI shutters (warranty on shutters is limited to 90 days) and the Intensified Retiga. If the repair is covered by warranty, the customer pays charges back to us (i.e. shipping) and we cover the shipping charges to return the fixed camera to them. This warranty covers only manufacturers defects and not damage as a result of misuse or abuse of the product.
