New Trade Conformance Requirements

On July 2, 2012, the United States Department of Commerce (DoC) updated its export regulations which impose new restrictions on EMCCDs (sensors), EMCCD camera shipments and associated technologies. Canada aligns and parallels the US Export regulations.

As a result, all global camera sales transactions and shipments must meet new requirements.
