Quality Objectives
QImaging sets measurable quality objectives, at all levels throughout the company, in support of improvement to our Quality Management System.
Our top-level quality objectives are to:
- Continually meet our customers' needs and expectations
Measured by customer feedback; CFR's, Surveys, DOA's - Ship all customer orders by the promised date
Measured by the percentage of on time shipment - Ensure that all processes support 100% error free results every time
Measured by the number of corrective and preventive actions taken
