Release Notes for QImaging QCapture Suite Plus - Beta Installer

This beta version of the new QCapture Suite Plus adds support for the majority of QImaging cameras on the latest Mac operating systems. QCapture Suite Plus includes several additional features to the standard QCapture Suite application including stream acquisitions, time-lapse acquisitions, scale bars, and flat-fielding. This beta is intended for end-user evaluation, but still contains several bugs that QImaging is actively working to resolve before the final release.

Known Bugs:

1. Quick time movie time-lapse only functions properly in 8-bit
2. Flat field correction can occasionally cause image distortion for some cameras
3. During file save time-lapse acquisition, the live preview under certain conditions can appear underexposed and/or distorted. This does not affect the actual captured images.
4. Momentary color flash while recording live preview and simultaneously changing camera settings
5. Application cannot abort long exposures
